About me
Sound methodology. Personal experience.
I support people on their fertility journey because I have walked a long path myself: many years of fertility treatment, marked by hoping, waiting, setbacks and several miscarriages. I know from my own experience what this feels like.
Today I work as a systemic coach (training in line with DCV guidelines) and fertility expert. Before that I was a management consultant and most recently Head of People Development, with leadership experience in a DAX-listed company - I bring this structured, methodical perspective to every format.
My work complements medical treatment: my focus is exclusively on emotional and mental support. I do not intervene in diagnostics or treatment - both remain entirely your responsibility.
For the people you care for, this means: sound methodology instead of esotericism, genuine understanding and a safe space.
Why this topic needs a sensitive touch
Fertility is a sensitive, emotional topic. It requires not only professional expertise but also a high degree of empathy and understanding. Because I have walked this path myself, I know what matters - and I create a space in which your participants feel safe. Nobody has to show themselves, nobody has to reveal anything.
